Application of the Skeletonization Algorithm for
Colon Stretching
Introduction
The original Colon Data is taken and a skeleton
is created from the data. Points are attached to each segment in the
skeleton. The skeleton is then stretched and
the volume is reconstructed with the stretched skeleton.The points attached
to each segment are then accordingly attached
to the segments in the stretched skeleton.
