Dr.Xinghao Chen
Xinghao Chen received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees
in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. He is currently
a Scientist at IBM, Endicott Junction, New York. He is responsible for
sequential test-pattern generation for all of IBM.
He has developed the MAE and SEST CAD tools.
Dr.Chen's current research interests are:

Test generation for sequential circuits.
- IDDQ testing of CMOS circuits.
- Identification of Equivalent Decision Spaces in Decision Making.
- Advanced Techinques in Network Optimization.
- Advanced Computer Architectures.
Dr.Chen is a member of the IEEE and the ACM.
