• Chair, IEEE GOLD (Graduate Of Last Decade) Rochester section

IEEE GOLD was initiated by the IEEE Membership Development Committee in 1996 to increase value and worth of IEEE services and programs to young professional and recent graduates. IEEE GOLD Region 1 strive to achieve the goal by offering both technical and professional lectures as well as organizing many social and networking events.  IEEE GOLD Rochester is one of the GOLD Affinity Groups in region 1 to provide young IEEE members and prospective members the opportunity to learn about GOLD activities in the Rochester section, news from the section and the current events. IEEE GOLD Rochester is one of the societies in IEEE Rochester Section.

• President, XCA (Xerox Chinese Association)

XCA (site under development) is a forum and community for Xerox employees of Chinese descent at Great Rochester area, to promote professional development and provide activities for their families.

• VP Activity, CFGR (Chinese Federation of Greater Rochester)

CFGR has been a networking platform for Chinese-born and Chinese Americans professionals in the Greater Rochester. The organization’s main functions are to organize social activities to promote the awareness of Chinese culture, build relationships with local government offices and other Chinese organizations, and provide referrals to legal council in legal proceedings.
