Fresco Fresco Mailing List

The Technische Universitat Hamburg-Harburg (Germany) has opened the Fresco mailing list to the public. This is the place for all questions, problems, flames, etc.

To subscribe to the Fresco list:

Send a message to Majordomo@mail.iuk.tu-harburg.de containing the following commands (exactly as shown): 
     auth e2fc57b2 subscribe fresco address
where address specifies the address you would like added to the mailing list. address defaults to your From: address.

If your mailer will not allow you to send the entire command as a single line, you may split it using backslashes, like so: 

        auth e2fc57b2 subscribe fresco \
        address

If you have any questions about the policy of the list owner, please contact fresco-approval@mail.iuk.tu-harburg.de

To post to the Fresco mailing list:

Send your post to fresco@merlin.iuk.tu-harburg.de . Please do NOT use this address for administrative requests like subscribing and unsubscribing from the list, asking for help on how to use the list, etc. Use fresco-request@mail.iuk.tu-harburg.de instead.

To unsubscribe from the Fresco list:

If you want to remove yourself from this mailing list, send the following command in email to fresco-request@mail.iuk.tu-harburg.de containing the text: 
     unsubscribe
Or you can send mail to Majordomo@mail.iuk.tu-harburg.de with the following command in the body of your email message: 
    unsubscribe fresco address
where address specifies the address you would like removed from the mailing list. address defaults to your From: address.

If you ever need to get in contact with the owner of the list, (if you have trouble unsubscribing, or have questions about the list itself) send email to owner-fresco@mail.iuk.tu-harburg.de
This is the general rule for most mailing lists when you need to contact a human.
