DATABASE: Oracle 8.x
Scholar Program, Oracle,
Atlanta, GA (USA). July, 1998- November, 1998.

Designed an Oracle 8 database and created many applications
using designer and developer. These applications were web enabled.
My training included the whole oracle product suite.
-
Set up an Internet Computing Architecture
(ICA-NCA) environment using the Oracle Application
Server 4.0.
-
Worked with express, a data warehousing tool. Learned how
to implement a data warehouse.
-
Oracle education; Attended 15 classes with labs on Oracle
products.

| Senior Projects: |
-
Database Design:
-
Using Sybase to design
a relational database in which one could log in the hours they have worked
with a client and other related entities. It is useful for consultants
trying to keep a record of their work and time logged in for each account
the work on. Finished project will be web oriented.
-
Computer Graphics:
-
Using OpenGL,
the team of two designed and represented curved text on a windows desktop.
The finished project projected text in any given representation of a curve.
-
Digital Systems Design:
-
The design of a beeper. Using VHDL
our team deigned and analyzed a beeper. The beeper was developed with programming
capability, display of user presets and storing of functions onto memory.
The development required the transition from a state diagram to VHDL code.
Finally the timing diagrams of each outputs and inputs were reported.
-
Marketing
-
In a team of two, we analyzed the financials for CYRIX.
Following the stock closely and reporting on the financials, the team gave
a mock stock holders meeting. The team analyzed the companies marketing
strategy and calculated various ratios to evaluate the CYRIX.
