Overview: This website was designed to provide a forum for a collective stream of consciousness for all who wish to contribute to it. The title, "Six Degrees of Consciousness" is a spin of two ideas, the first is the game, Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon where you can see how all actors are interconnected. Hmm, I wonder if any of today's hot movie stars will come here to play this game... The Second is of course stream of consciousness. Use it as a brainstorming technique, or just have fun. The idea is that in our stream of consciousness, words or thoughts are all connected in a linear fashion, where one immediately leads you to think of the next. Using this idea, I've created a way of documenting this stream in a way that others can see, use and interact with. I am fully aware of the philosophical issues within this topic and side stepping them all, I'll just add that it can be an amusing way to interact with what visitors to this site have thought of before you.
