• Type Text . Layer -> Type -> Render
  • Make Selection Ctrl-Click type layer in layer Palette. Save Selection Select -> Save Selection
  • Create a white layer beneath this layer. Merge down. Filter ->Blur ->Gaussian Blur
  • Filter -> Stylize -> Solarize
  • Auto-level ; shift-ctrl L; duplicate this layer
  • Polar coordinates. Filter -> Distort -> Polar choose polar to rectangular
  • Rotate canvas > 90 deg CW
  • Invert image Ctrl-I
  • Filter -> Sylize -> Wind 3 times
  • Invert image again Ctrl-I + Auto-levels (shift-ctrl L) wind 3 times again
  • Rotate canvas 90 deg CCW
  • Filter -> Distort -> Polar Coordinates (Rectangular to polar)
  • Change layer blend mode from current layer to screen
  • create new layer; double click on linear gradient tool and choose preset violet orange; drag grad tool vertically across type area holding down shift; Invert Image Ctrl-I
  • In layers palette change blend mode to color
  • Filter -> Blur -> Radial Blur; choose Zoom blur increase to 66
  • Make original type layer active; load previous selection (Selection -> Load Selection); choose Alpha 1 set foreground color to black then fill the selection with black (Option Alt Delete)
