Abstract:

Visiometrics is a process of identification, quantification and understanding/mathematization. The crucial part is to identify , quantify the coherent regions and structures. We present our visualization tools for feature extraction and quantification and their applications in 3D datasets. We describe the methods, enviroments and application of these tools. The tools described here include: object_segment, ellipsoid_fitting, vtracer and related utilities.

Source code of object_segment is now available on the Web site. More information on application of these visualization tools can be found on http://vizlab.rutgers.edu/vizlab.html Permission to use, copy, or modify this software and its documentation for educational and research purposes only and without fee is hereby granted, provided that this copyright notice appear on all copies and supporting documentation.
